The Diabetes Center provides a comprehensive approach toward managing your diabetes. We offer a sustained maintenance program that promotes a healthy lifestyle and maximum control of your blood glucose levels, blood pressure and lipids – in accordance with the American Diabetes Association. Our team consists of an experienced Internist/Diabetologist, a trained Nurse Practitioner, a Certified Nutritionist and Diabetes Educator and a Licensed Practical Nurse with 20 years of experience in diabetes care. We use quality treatment procedures and advanced technology.

To take advantage of the programs offered at the Diabetes Center, you must have a physician referral. Ask your doctor about scheduling an appointment to meet with one of our Certified Diabetic Educators. Most insurance companies cover this program.
