How to Prevent Heart Disease Lecture Series
Lectures on prevention of heart disease, risk factors, symptoms, how to eat healthier, and even cooking demonstrations will take place, along with blood pressure screenings.
The discussions will take place each Wednesday night in July, with the exception of July 3rd, at 7pm in the McGowan Center on the 2nd floor of Regional Hospital.
